The Heart

The Heart – At the center of our chest is seven carefully constructed and twisting muscles. As they twist one against the other in space and time an emptiness opens at the center. From here the emptiness of life creates form, emotions, and thoughts that move out into our world as varied as there are people in the world. The sacred geometry of this center keeps us going day in and day out. Our breath is moved throughout our bodies in participation with the heart.
